How do I make a referral?

Complete the Parity Education referral form at https://parityeducation.fillout.com/referral with the EHCP (or draft) and any Section F detail you have. Our commissioning lead returns delivery scope and indicative cost within 24 hours. There is no portal to log into.

How quickly can a placement start?

Typically 3–5 working days from agreed funding to first session, subject to tutor match and family readiness. We will tell you on day one if a case is likely to take longer.

Do you accept urgent or weekend referrals?

Yes — we triage urgent referrals the same day. Out-of-hours referrals are picked up the next working morning by the commissioning lead.

Can you support cases already mid-tribunal or in dispute?

Yes. We are used to working in contested contexts and can shape evidence accordingly. We will be candid if a case is not the right fit.

Who is our day-to-day point of contact?

One named placement lead per individual student throughout. Same person from referral to annual review. Mobile number issued at point of placement.

How do you report progress?

Weekly engagement notes, half-termly progress reports against EHCP Section F outcomes, and a quarterly evidence pack designed to drop straight into a panel paper or annual review.

What is your incident reporting timeframe?

Safeguarding and significant behavioural incidents are reported to the SEND officer and DSL on the day they occur. Written incident reports follow within agreed timeframes.

Can you deliver as part of an EOTAS package?

Yes. We design and operate end-to-end EOTAS packages — tuition, mentoring, enrichment and reporting — under a single agreement and a consolidated invoice.

What due diligence documentation can you provide?

Safeguarding policy, KCSIE alignment statement, DSL details, public liability and professional indemnity certificates, ICO data-controller registration, references and Standard Selection Questionnaire support — all available on request, usually the same working day.

Are you on any frameworks or DPS arrangements?

We are available via direct award and a number of LA dynamic purchasing systems and approved provider lists. Speak to our commissioning lead about routes for your authority.

Are your tutors enhanced-DBS checked?

Yes. Every tutor holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, and safer-recruitment files are available for any tutor on request before placement begins.

How do you price provision?

Per-hour rates for tuition and mentoring, with a transparent uplift only where genuine specialist input is required (e.g. PDA-aware practice, complex SEMH). Quotes are written, itemised and valid for 30 days.

Do you offer block-purchase or framework rates?

How are invoices structured?

Monthly, in arrears, against agreed delivery. EOTAS packages are invoiced as a single consolidated line per case, with a backing breakdown for finance teams.
