For parents & carers
If your child is not in school right now, you are not alone — and there is a way through
We support families in and around the UK whose child is out of school, refusing to attend, or has specific needs their current setting is not meeting. Our team is calm, experienced, and used to walking alongside families through difficult periods.
What we offer families
Specialist 1:1 provision that respects and values your child
We work with autistic young people, those experiencing emotionally based school avoidance, those with SEMH needs, and those who have simply found themselves outside school for any reason.
Our tutors are trained in trauma-informed practice. They will not push, they will not shame, and they will not pretend things are fine when they are not.
If you are weighing this up, our parent & carer FAQ answers the questions families most often ask us — about anxious children, EHCPs, safeguarding and how sessions actually run.

How it begins
A gentle 4-step approach
1. A first phone call
A 30-minute call with a senior team member. No forms, no jargon. We listen first.
2. Understanding the picture
We talk to you, your child where appropriate, and any professionals already involved. We are happy to liaise with the Local Authority.
3. A proposed plan
A clear, written proposal: tutor profile, schedule, environment, costs, and how funding might be sought.
4. Beginning gently
Sessions usually start with very low demand. Curriculum content is reintroduced when your child is ready.

Next step
Tell us about your child
If you would prefer to write rather than speak first, you can. We will read it carefully and reply within 24 hours.
